We are publishing the technical booklet for the narrow gauge railway (longitudinal profile) Lašva – Gornji Vakuf, as of January 1, 1964, in the implementation of ŽTP Sarajevo. Here, you can view the administrative division of maintenance (ZOP sections), monitoring (by district), and security (of buildings, tunnels, and bridges). Additionally, there are diagrams of stations, types of rails, industrial sidings, switch types, sketches of bridges, tunnels, overpasses, data on the grade/climb and curves of the track, loading stations, forest wings (industrial/forest railway), spurs, water supply points, and water levels stations.
The schematic of the narrow gauge Lašva – Gornji Vakuf stations are: Lašva Station, Merdani Stop, Busovaća Station, Selište Stop, Vitez Station, Kremenik Stop, Ukrsnica Bila, Bila Nova Station, Dolac na Lašvi Station, Travnik, Turbe Station, Goleš Ukrsnica, Komar Ukrsnica, Oborci Ukrsnica, Donji Vakuf Station, Kopčić Stop, Bugojno Station, Crnče Stop, Odžak Ukrsnica, Pajić Polje Stop, Trnovača Stop, and Gornji Vakuf Station.
From history: The narrow gauge Lašva – Gornji Vakuf line is 89 km + 200 meters long and was gradually put into operation as follows: Lašva – Travnik on August 26, 1893; Travnik – Bugojno on October 14, 1894; and Bugojno – Gornji Vakuf on October 3, 1945. Starting from May 1972, passenger transport was gradually discontinued (cargo transport continued), until June 1, 1975, when the narrow gauge was permanently closed along the entire section.
