The line was discontinued (by the decision of the Sarajevo Directorate) on May 28, 1978, but the last passenger train from Vi\u0161egrad to Sarajevo ran on August 1 of that year, and this date is recorded in history as the definitive date of the discontinuation of this eastern line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>We note that the archival material on this page is the property
