The main idea of the website is to serve as a synonym for the history of railways in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The goal and great satisfaction for the author would be if every visitor to the site, especially railway enthusiasts, finds pleasure through the photo-material, experiences the emotions of the “good old” times, and that it serves as educational material for younger generations, as well as the task of valuing, preserving, and never forgetting this segment of railway history in BiH.
Srećko, as a passionate long-time collector, possesses numerous old photographs and postcards, souvenirs, train tickets, IDs, and other railway-themed documents that all visitors can view in the “Gallery of Railway History” category. One of the author’s ideas is to publish electronic books, brochures, and professional literature (category Railway Literature) on the site, i.e., everything related to the history of railways in BiH, and thus bring books that are hard to come by nowadays closer to a wider audience.
