The Narrow Gauge Line Ustiprača – Foča (Sarajevo – Ustiprača – Međeđa – Dobrun – Vardište 1901 – 1906) was put into service on September 17, 1939, with a length of 41.814 km. From the Foča station to the location of Miljevina, there was a forest railway (since 1929) which, after reconstruction for freight transport, was opened for traffic on July 1, 1962, with a length of 14.0 km. Both railways were discontinued on May 22, 1977.
